To ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, we will accept for refund or exchange any part or all of your order within 30 days of purchase provided the product is still in new unused condition. Once tires have been mounted they are no longer considered new. To arrange the return please contact Tire Team first, so that we can prepare a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns without an approval may be refused upon delivery. Refunds are generally processed within 2 business days upon return. All refunds are subject to inspection. Refunds for approved returns will be for product only, shipping cost are not refunded. In the event the product you received does not match your order please contact us at either 1-888-847-3832 or email@example.com so we can make arrangements to correct your order.
If your shipment has been damaged, immediately contact Tire Team immediately, do not attempt to install items if you think you have received damaged merchandise.
You may seek assistance for manufacturer's defect or mileage warranty issues at any local manufacturer authorized service center or directly through TireTeam. Please contact Tire Team at 888-TireTeam (847-3832) or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for pick up and inspection of suspected defect tires or assistance in locating a manufacturer authorized service center near you. Warrented items serviced by TireTeam incur freight costs.
Road Hazard Warranty
