Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. announced it’s raising prices 6% on all consumer replacement tires in North America starting December 1st. The price increase is in response to higher raw material costs.

All consumer tire brands manufactured by Goodyear, including Dunlop, will also be included in the 6% hike. This is Goodyear’s first price increase since September 2008, when it raised prices more than 10%.
